蔡英文：政策制定要經與人民對話過程

（中央社記者葉素萍台北4日電）民主進步黨主席蔡英文今天說，任何政策的制定，都要謹慎地將各種因素納入考量，尤其要經過與人民對話討論的過程。

民進黨今天發布新聞稿指出，國際自由聯盟（Liberal International）主席Juli Minoves（米諾維斯）今天拜會蔡英文，就民進黨與國際自由聯盟在未來的合作，與推動台灣與世界的民主、自由與人權，進行討論。

這次會面由民進黨秘書長吳釗燮、國際部主任黃志芳、國際部副主任陳婉宜陪同。

蔡英文表示，她支持民進黨更積極地參與國際自由聯盟，對於全球民主自由與人權的提升，貢獻與分享台灣的經驗。

米諾維斯則說，台灣的民主是國際上重要的標竿，更是推動東亞民主進步的關鍵，期待台灣2016年總統與立委大選是一場公開、公正、透明的選舉，再次向世界展現台灣對民主自由的堅持。他也期待蔡英文的參選，可以成為推動國際女性政治參與的契機。

雙方還討論到總統大選的政策方向，蔡英文說，民進黨的首要工作是要建立新經濟模式，促進台灣經濟的創新，提升技術與研發，也要解決人才外流的問題。1040804
